    Welcome to Luma! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Luma mobile application (“App”) and our website cormeum.co.uk, operated by Cor Meum Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

    By creating an account, downloading, or using Luma, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

    1. Use of Luma

    • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Luma.

    • Personal Use Only: Luma is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

    • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

    • Compliance: You agree to use Luma in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

    2. Subscriptions and Payments

    • Optional Paid Features: Some parts of Luma may be available only through paid subscriptions.

    • Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other authorized providers.

    • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

    • Cancellations: You may manage and cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.

    • Refunds: Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies. We do not process refunds ourselves.

    3. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

    • Luma is designed for reflection, journaling, and personal growth.

    • It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

    • Do not use Luma as a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice.

    • If you have health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare provider.

    4. Content and Intellectual Property

    • Our Content: The Luma App, design, Beasts, graphics, text, and other elements are owned by Cor Meum Ltd and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

    • Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create or upload within Luma (e.g., journal entries). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for operating the App.

    • Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or use Luma’s content except as permitted by these Terms.

    5. Privacy

    Your use of Luma is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and handle your information.

    6. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to Luma if:

    • You breach these Terms.

    • You misuse the App or engage in illegal activity.

    • We discontinue the App or specific features (with notice where possible).

    You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting support.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    • Luma is provided “as is” and “as available.”

    • We make no guarantees about uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results.

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cor Meum Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Luma.

    • Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for Luma in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    8. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of Luma after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  • Lumira Terms of Service

    Welcome to Lumira (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lumira mobile application (the “App”), related websites, and any associated services (collectively, the “Service”).

    By downloading, accessing, or using Lumira, you agree to these Terms.

    If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

    1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 16 years old to use Lumira.

    If you are between 16 and 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

    By using Lumira, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

    2. Description of the Service

    Lumira is a digital reflection and connection platform that allows users to:

    • Write daily reflections and responses to guided prompts.

    • Pair with other users to share and exchange reflections through “mirror cards.”

    • Track emotional and energetic patterns over time.

    • Access premium features via paid subscriptions.

    We may update, enhance, or remove features periodically to improve the experience.

    3. Account Registration and Security

    You may use Lumira with or without an account.

    If you register, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate and current information.

    • Keep your login credentials secure.

    • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in suspicious, abusive, or harmful behaviour.

    4. Subscriptions and Payments

    a. In-App Purchases

    Premium features are offered through auto-renewing subscriptions processed via Apple’s App Store.

    All billing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, not Lumira directly.

    b. Subscription Renewal

    Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

    You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.

    c. Pricing Changes

    We may modify pricing for future billing cycles.

    You will be notified in advance if prices change.

    5. User Content and Reflections

    a. Ownership

    You retain ownership of the reflections, mirror responses, and other content you create (“User Content”).

    By submitting content to Lumira, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process it solely for operating and improving the Service.

    b. Responsibility

    You are solely responsible for your content.

    You agree not to upload or transmit any material that:

    • Contains hate speech, harassment, or explicit sexual content.

    • Violates another person’s rights or privacy.

    • Contains malicious code or spam.

    We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that breaches these guidelines.

    6. Privacy

    Your use of Lumira is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your information.

    By using the Service, you consent to that processing.

    7. Acceptable Use

    You agree to use Lumira only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

    You may not:

    • Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

    • Interfere with or disrupt servers or networks.

    • Use Lumira to distribute harmful or misleading information.

    • Exploit the app for advertising, data mining, or automated scraping.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights in Lumira — including design, artwork, animations, familiars, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned or licensed by Cor Meum Ltd.

    You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

    Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used freely without obligation to you.

    9. Third-Party Services

    Lumira may integrate with external services such as:

    • Apple App Store (payments)

    • Firebase (cloud and analytics)

    • Expo / React Native (performance monitoring)

    Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

    10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to Lumira at any time, without notice, if:

    • You breach these Terms.

    • We discontinue the Service.

      Upon termination, your right to use Lumira ends immediately, though you may request data deletion in line with our Privacy Policy.

    11. Disclaimer of Warranties

    Lumira is provided “as is” and “as available.”

    We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or availability.

    We do not guarantee that Lumira will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumira and Cor Meum Studios Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

    Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for Lumira in the past twelve months.

    13. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cor Meum Studios Ltd, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

    14. Changes to the Service or Terms

    We may modify or discontinue parts of Lumira at any time.

    We may also update these Terms periodically; the latest version will always appear at https://www.cormeum.co.uk/terms-of-service.

    Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

    15. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

    Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales unless local law requires otherwise.

  • UMBRA — TERMS OF SERVICE

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By downloading or using Umbra (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

    If you do not agree, do not use the App.

    2. Description of Service

    Umbra provides tools for analysing your local network, including:

    • Device discovery

    • Ping, traceroute, DNS, and mDNS tests

    • Device metadata (IP, MAC, vendor)

    • Local vulnerability insights

    • Performance graphs and diagnostics

    Umbra does not hack networks, access protected Wi-Fi, or perform remote attacks.

    All scanning is limited to the network you are currently connected to.

    3. Eligibility

    You must be 13+ to use Umbra (or the minimum age in your region).

    Premium subscription may require an Apple or Google account.

    4. Accounts and Responsibilities

    You may use Umbra free without an account.

    To access premium features, you may choose to sign in with Apple or Google.

    You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining your device security

    • Ensuring you have permission to analyse any network you scan

    • Complying with local laws regarding network tools

    We are not liable for misuse of the App.

    5. Subscription & Payment

    Umbra offers optional premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

    • Apple/Google handle all billing.

    • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.

    • Refunds follow Apple/Google policies, not ours.

    You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple/Google account settings.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to:

    • Use Umbra on networks you do not own or have permission to test

    • Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the App

    • Interfere with the App’s operation or security

    • Use the App for illegal, harmful, or exploitative activities

    We may suspend access for misuse.

    7. Intellectual Property

    Umbra, its codebase, UI, branding, and all associated materials are owned by Cor Meum Ltd.

    You may not copy or reuse the App or its content without permission.

    8. Disclaimers

    Umbra is provided “as is” without guarantees of:

    • Accuracy of scan results

    • Device identification reliability

    • Network performance insights

    • Continuous uptime or bug-free operation

    You assume all risk when using network diagnostic tools.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent allowed by law:

    • Cor Meum Ltd is not responsible for losses caused by use or inability to use Umbra.

    • We are not liable for misuse of network tools.

    • We do not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    10. Privacy

    Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

    11. Modifications

    We may update these Terms at any time.

    We will notify users of significant changes through the App or App Store listing.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

    Welcome to Echo Chain (“the App”), operated by Cor Meum (“we”, “us”, “our”).

    By downloading or using Echo Chain, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

    1. Use of the App

    Echo Chain allows you to create personal notes (“echoes”) and view them at a later date. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

    You agree not to:

    • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws.

    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the App.

    • Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

    2. User Content

    You are responsible for the content you create within Echo Chain. We do not claim ownership of your echoes.

    By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of operating the App.

    3. Accounts & Data

    You must provide accurate information when creating an account (if the App requires one).

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

    If Echo Chain offers paid features:

    • All purchases are handled through the App Store.

    Echo Chain is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

    We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

    Echo Chain is not a medical or mental health service.

    It should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cor Meum is not responsible for:

    • Loss of data

    • Device damage

    • Indirect or consequential losses

    • Errors or interruptions in service

    You use the App at your own risk.

    8. Changes to the Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time.

    Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
